THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

GIS is looking for a Dynamics Functional Architect who designs and implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions by deeply understanding business needs, translating them into functional specifications, and configuring the system to meet those requirements, including data mapping, workflow design, and customization(PCF), while collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of a tailored solution across various Dynamics modules like Sales and Services and Scheduling.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analyze business requirements, identify suitable Dynamics 365 modules, and design comprehensive solutions including data mapping, workflow automation, customizations, and integrations with other systems.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles for Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules, including fields, views, security roles, business rules, and workflows to meet specific client needs.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using APIs, connectors, and custom development where necessary.
• Develop data migration plans, including data cleansing and transformation processes, to successfully transfer data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
• Build prototypes and demonstrations to showcase the potential of Dynamics 365 solutions and validate design concepts with stakeholders.
• Ensure that the solution meets security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and other technical teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project progress.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to technical problems.
