Responsibilities

As a Validation Test Engineer (VTE), you will be planning, developing methods, and carrying out system and component-level testing in world-class labs. This is a hands-on position. In this role crucial skills like creativity, independent judgement, and multi-functional teamwork are prized and can be further developed. You will operate with design & validation technical specialists, systems engineers, lab integration engineers, and technicians to bring exciting products to market. Engineers in this role may have opportunity for growth and develop into Lead System Test Engineers (LSTE). LSTE’s learn leadership skills and will be engaged in programs throughout the development lifecycle. It is a great way to get involved with mentoring other VTEs, while also developing new and/or special validation tests and fixtures; just to name a few.
