SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting roll-off containers to and from various job sites. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to operate heavy equipment and perform basic maintenance on vehicles.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL license.
• DZ/AZ license with an abstract acceptable to Employer;
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including roll-off trucks.
• Knowledge of automotive repair principles is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of freight handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices.

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour

• Safely operate roll-off trucks and ensure proper loading and unloading of containers.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and service requests.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding schedules and service issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on vehicles as needed.
• Assist in training new drivers on safe driving practices and equipment operation.
