JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service. Candidates with experience in commercial driving, automotive repair, freight handling, forklift operation, or heavy equipment operation will be highly regarded.

• Must have minimum 3-5years Canadian DZ experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid commercial driver’s license (DZ & G) is preferred; must have a clean driving record.
• Experience in commercial driving or freight handling is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required.
• Must have minimum 3-5years Canadian DZ experience

DUTIES

• Operate company vehicles to transport heavy equipment to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Loading/unloading and installing/uninstalling of heavy equipment including delivery
• Conduct per-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Load and unload freight securely, ensuring that all items are handled with care.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Assist in basic automotive repairs or maintenance as needed to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Operate forklifts or heavy equipment as required during loading and unloading processes and equipment installation.
