JOB FUNCTION –
Provides Treasury Management and consumer online banking user support. Researches and resolves complex customer inquiries. Provides system and product support to ensure our Treasury Management and consumer online banking customers have the correct features and functions to support their business needs. Products include: ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Mobile Banking, Positive Pay, Virtual Vault, Line Link, Bill Pay, and general online banking services.

Provides customer support and trouble-shoots issues that occur through online banking or with the various Treasury Management products.
Assists customers with the online banking enrollment process and setup of various features and applications.
Receives all Treasury Management Agreements, reviews to ensure they are completed correctly and contain all the required documents. Performs the customer setup, implementation, and continued support for services selected.
Performs the annual ACH and RDC customer audits in accordance with NACHA rules.
Coordinates application and system upgrades associated with online banking related services.
Calculates and reconciles all manual account analysis billing monthly.
Reconciles and maintains balance logs for all Virtual Vault deposits and change orders.
Assists the Treasury Management Product Manager with maintaining the Treasury Management Agreements, procedures, and policies.
Maintains statistical data used for monthly internal reporting and annual board reports.
Ensures that own work is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
