The E-billing Coordinator is responsible for the efficient flow of work and information for the firm’s e-billing activity. The position assists the E-billing Analyst and other Billing Coordinators with the e-billing process and similarly provides support to attorneys and collections staff.
The E-billing Coordinator serves as an administrator and firm contact for each of the e-billing vendor systems and manages access to vendor systems by other firm personnel. He/she also ensures that the status of all invoices submitted through vendor websites are being monitored for successful submission, and that any invoice rejections or deductions are addressed timely. In addition to maximizing the firm’s e-billing experience, the E-billing Coordinator completes special assignments as directed by the Sr. Manager of Time and Billing.
