A fixed term contract is now available for an E-Business Coordinator to join the E-biz team. This contract will begin from mid-January 2026 through to December 2026. ABOUT THE ROLE The E-Business Coordinator plays a fundamental supporting role, the implementation of the eBusiness strategy to ensure campaigns deadlines are met and are brought to market in line with the marketing calendar. WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL With your agile ways of working, your collaborative and positive attitude and your prior experience in e-commerce, will see you support the E-business team to ensure projects are on track, and the administrative work of the team is completed. We are seeking a candidate who is eager to learn, is able to be fluid in their ways of working and who is looking to be exposed to multiple areas in the luxury Fragrance and Beauty space. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Assist with the internal planning documents; critical path, weekly plans, e-retail plan, marketing content calendar for Chanel.com and e-retail. Ongoing campaign and product maintenance on Chanel.com in line with marketing calendar. Validation of campaign assets in staging prior to launch and live site checks once campaign is pushed live. Monthly site quality assurance checks of Chanel e-boutique on retailer platforms and Chanel.com. Bi-monthly wrapping quality assurance checks for e-retail partners. Ongoing monitoring and documenting of competitor and industry executions and trends. Consolidation of local and regional internal documentation in coordination with eBusiness team QA online pricing across eBusiness channels during pricing updates Ownership of PIM, deep assortment, activation and deactivation of products and collaboration with retail partners for online enrichment Management of updates to Field team for eRetail and eCommerce WHAT YOU WILL BRING A minimum of 12 months in similar role with exposure to data analytics, consumer insights and project management. Demonstrated experience within a similar role, gained within the luxury retail market will be advantageous. Dedication to delivering exceptional aesthetic results with an awareness and interest of consumer and digital marketing trends. Good organisational skills with the capability to balance competing priorities. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with daily usage already in practice Communications skills to be able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholder levels, both written and verbal.
