Responsible for achieving profitable sales growth with eComm Channel & driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
Drive eCommerce Customer Growth: Strengthen relationships with existing eComm partners and acquire new customers through joint business planning, digital activation roadmaps, and commercial negotiations.
Execute Digital Sales Strategy: Develop and implement annual eCommerce activity plans aligned with the digital sales strategy, including promotional strategies that reflect channel dynamics and market trends.
Optimize Performance & Investment: Monitor and evaluate sales performance (KPIs), ensure efficient use of trade and media investments, and lead improvements in trade terms, systems, and processes through best practice sharing.
