BRISBANE OFFICE AND BREWERY BASED - FULL-TIME

BrewDog exists for one very simple reason. To make other people as passionate about awesome beer, in all its forms, as we are. With four breweries globally, a network of over 100 bars worldwide, and a passionate team of 2,000 beery disciples, we’ve grown up since we came howling into life in 2007 in a garage in the windswept northeast of Scotland.
We opened our state-of-the-art Aussie brewery and DogTap Taproom on the banks of the Brisbane River in 2019. Our team are super proud to be part of an incredible Aussie craft beer community, and with our rapid rate of growth, it’s a brilliant time to join our expanding Brisbane team, and take the reins of our e-Comm business and full leadership of our Aussie Marketing plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideally a Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Brand Management / Digital Marketing / Business Administration or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2yrs experience in a comparable position
  • Minimum 1yr experience in running a web shop
  • Minimum 1yr experience in managing / growing social media presence
  • Minimum 1yr experience in briefing and working with design agencies, PR agencies, media agencies

KNOWLEDGE

  • Working knowledge of, and a network within the Australian brewery landscape
  • Working knowledge of the Australian retail landscape
  • A good feel / knowledge for our customers and their media consumption behaviour
  • Working knowledge in the use of common SEO & performance tools and technical understanding of current web technologies
  • Work knowledge of cyclical business planning / reporting / tracking for an FMCG business
  • Working knowledge of business insight gathering and insights-based business strategy / planning
  • Basic knowledge of Beer / Beer Styles / Beer History

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

Our e-Commerce and Marketing Manager has full leadership and management of our Australian e-Comm Business and the overall Brand Development of BrewDog, in Australia, across all areas (Brewery / Retail / e-Comm).
