Job Title: E-Comm Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC (On-site)
Position Overview:
Rove is seeking an experienced e-commerce lifecycle marketing manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will give you ownership over the strategy and execution of our e-comm lifecycle marketing. The right candidate will love digging in to uncover gaps in our current customer journey and get fired up ideating strategies to fill those gaps. The ideal candidate brings a successful track record of developing and executing strategies in online marketing, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement across diverse CRM platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the e-comm and CRM team to maintain site and email content, search functionality, implementation of new products and launching seasonal campaigns.
• Identify and create customer segmentation and map out relevant customer journey(s)
• Capture and maintain clear visibility into any customer journey inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Partner with internal departments to enhance online customer experience and maximize performance.
• Develop, plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to build awareness and drive visitation in stores and online.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI

What You’ll Need:

• 5 or more years’ experience in a similar role at a fast paced e-commerce business - specifically in online merchandising, lifecycle marketing, Google analytics SEO and SEM
• Experience in leading and managing successful teams
• Experience in marketing tools such as Klavyo as well as HTML
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
