JOB DESCRIPTION

As an E-Commerce Account Manager at Jiji.sg, you will take ownership of our online store accounts and oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations. This role combines strategic planning, platform management, and operational coordination to ensure our marketplace presence is optimized for growth and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in e-commerce account management, marketplace operations, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic online platform management.
  • Bonus: Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for marketing visuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize official stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor promotional campaigns and marketing activities to drive sales.
  • Upload and maintain accurate product listings, including pricing, descriptions, and visual content.
  • Monitor sales performance, campaign results, providing actionable insights.
