Description

Key Responsibilities:
· Drive growth on platforms such as Noon and Amazon through effective collaboration with partners and strategic product launches.
· Lead and manage the e-commerce team by prioritizing tasks, providing guidance and ensuring high productivity.
· Oversee e-commerce account operations, including product listings, content management and campaign execution.
· Ensure efficient daily operations and optimize resources within the e-commerce channel.
· Monitor and analyse competitor’s strategies and market trends, providing actionable insights to maintain competitiveness and boost performance.
· Ensure timely delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and market demands.
· Utilize data, information systems and metrics to maximize market share, sales and profitability on e-commerce platforms.
· Forecast and monitor key account metrics, preparing regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
· Act as the primary contact for e-commerce platforms, maintaining strong client relationships, handling price negotiations, promotional planning, event placement, and specialized marketing and operational programs.
· Report transparently on monthly and quarterly initiatives, revenue insights and stock status to the Director of E-Commerce.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, with strong relationships with Noon and Amazon.
· Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; Arabic is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in e-commerce tools for generating insights.
· In-depth knowledge of the UAE e-commerce landscape, market trends and consumer behavior.
· Preference for candidates with smartphone industry experience, particularly those with direct 1P and 3P experience on Noon and Amazon.
Skills:
· Vendor or Seller Management: Expertise in building and managing relationships with vendors, including effective negotiation and collaboration.
· Pricing Strategy: Skilled in crafting and executing pricing strategies for both 1P and 3P products, accounting for market dynamics and profitability.
· Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting, along with proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentations.
· Data Analysis and Metrics: Ability to analyse sales data, metrics and performance indicators, extracting insights to inform strategies and drive outcomes.
· Communication and Negotiation: Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
