Responsibilities
Manage Product Listings and Pricing: Regularly check, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, and pricing across our e-store and various online marketplaces to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs.
Order Fulfilment Coordination: Coordinate with our logistics partners to ensure all online orders are picked and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat, addressing questions and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design team for product imagery and content, and with the warehouse team to resolve fulfilment issues.
Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, including the preparation of quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other related documentation.
