Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management:

  • Optimize and maintain the company website to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Develop and manage product pages, descriptions, and visuals for clarity and engagement.
  • Coordinate with external developers or designers to implement web improvements.
  • Manage online store inventory and pricing updates.
  • Develop strategies to improve online sales through promotions, bundles, and user-friendly navigation.

Social Media Management:

  • Maintain our social media channels
  • Build and sustain an active community.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Create and publish customer updates and creative texts for posts.

Campaign Development:

  • Generate ideas for marketing campaigns to increase reach.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors.
  • Plan and execute crowdfunding campaigns for follow-up products.
  • Prepare for the company’s presence at gaming fairs (booth setup, promotional materials).

Advertising and Paid Media:

  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Plan, set up and optimize advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
  • Coordinate with external advertising partners or agencies when necessary.

Data Analysis and Market Research:

  • Monitor website performance metrics such as bounce rates, conversions, and traffic sources.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet campaign objectives.
  • Use platform analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis.
  • Conduct surveys.
  • Analyze data (reach, engagement rate, conversion rate, etc).
