Job Description We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and digitally savvy E-Commerce and Social Media Executive to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. This role is key to driving online revenue growth, enhancing our digital presence, and elevating brand visibility across e-commerce and social media platforms. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer experience Manage, update, and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring efficient daily operations and continuous improvement Plan, create, and execute social media marketing campaigns across all relevant channels to drive engagement and traffic Produce high-quality, visually compelling social media content aligned with brand guidelines Monitor, analyze, and report on e-commerce performance and social media KPIs Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure unified digital communication and branding Stay current with e-commerce trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital tools Implement SEO and SEM initiatives to improve search visibility and online reach Respond to customer inquiries on social media promptly and professionally Coordinate influencer collaborations, partnerships, and digital promotional activities Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, geo-based search engines) to enhance content creation, research, and campaign optimization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce and social media marketing Strong command of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn) Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads etc.) Excellent content creation skills with a strong visual eye for aesthetics and brand alignment Solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable strategies Creative, innovative, and proactive approach to digital marketing Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interest in AI-based tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, geo search engines) and their application in digital marketing Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, e-commerce innovations, and social media best practices Fluency in both Turkish and English
