Our Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions (SMRT) IT Delivery organization supports end to end business processes with solutions by providing solution design & architecture, project implementation and service operations. SMR IT, Delivery Sales & Marketing is a group of global experts working closely together with Sandvik Business Areas in their Sales & Marketing programs and related IT solutions. Our services are e.g. Salesforce and ecommerce platforms, which are widely used globally.
Would you be our new e-Commerce Architect?
Your mission
You will develop our e-business solutions towards our customers globally. You will be working in tight collaboration with the business product owner and IT development teams to design, plan, and execute the improvements and projects related to our offering in agile sprints. You ensure that the application architecture meets the true business needs and complies with architectural strategy and standards. You work as the point of contact for other IT deliveries and frequently discuss solution outlines with other architects.
Other technologies touching your area are for instance SAP, other ERP systems, Salesforce, pricing solutions, customer support center solutions. Working towards many different business domains such as sales, marketing, finance, and logistics, you ensure that our business requirements and strategies are successfully translated into new solutions. You provide guidance and direction to developers and suppliers with the mission to ensure that changes are developed in a cost effective, sustainable way. You contribute to the alignment of application architecture with solution and enterprise architecture.
In this role you have the unique opportunity to contribute eCommerce landscape from IT perspective and from business perspective. You can see how the developed solutions support our business success in a long term.
The location for this position is Tampere Finland, Sandviken Sweden, Stockholm Sweden. You will report to the IT Delivery Manager for Sales and Marketing within Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions IT.

Experience in

• Gathering business requirements
• Creating Solution Architectures
• Interpreting Application Architecture
• Advising development team with best fit development patterns in building cost effective, reliable, secure, and fit for purpose cloud applications
• Advising development teams with best fit integration patterns
• Active communicating across both technical and business stakeholders
• Working in agile team such as Scrum
• Creating technical documentation and needed diagrams for communications
• Relevant work experience for 4-6 years.

Beneficial experience

• .NET, Azure and front-end framework development
• Identity services such as Azure B2C
• JIRA and/or Azure DevOps
• e-Commerce and e-Business domain, the building blocks and systems involved
• Manufacturing industry domain
• Experience in improving ways of working in agile setting
• Disaster recovery planning, security, data privacy
