  • Product Management:Maintaining product listings, ensuring accuracy of information (descriptions, pricing, images), and optimizing product placement for maximum visibility.
  • Order Management:Processing orders, managing inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse and shipping teams, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Customer Service:Responding to customer inquiries via various channels (email, phone, chat), resolving issues, and providing support throughout the purchase process.
  • Marketing Support:Assisting with digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing), analyzing website performance, and contributing to sales strategies.
  • E-commerce Platform Management:Ensuring the online store is functioning correctly, optimizing site navigation, and identifying areas for improvement.
