CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience working in a similar e-commerce role is crucial.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience within Shopify Plus would be a plus.
Responsibilities

In the role you will support the e-commerce Trading Manager for English Language (UK, US, Canada, Ireland & Australia) in various tasks related to online trading, including product uploads, content creation, website maintenance, and data analysis. You will have the opportunity to learn about multiple digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, and social media and assist in driving the overall growth of our online businesses within TBTG.

  • Assist in managing product inventory and ensuring accurate product information on the website.
  • Create and update website content and CRM campaigns to enhance user experience and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Assist in implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the e-commerce Trading Manager in day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of trading activities.
