JOB DESCRIPTION

Internal Interaction Relationship:

  • E-Commerce Executive
  • Supply chain team
  • Retail sales team
  • Wholesales & E-commerce Manager
  • Employees of EC as required

External Interaction Relationship:

  • Brand owners

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Consistently updates the items on the e-commerce website and keeps check on the orders received through the e-commerce.
  • Maintains the website creative (ex.Homepage Banners, Products Upload, etc.)
  • Ensures accurate information such as the dates and the digital content on the platform is communicated.
  • Utilizes web reporting and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to capture and report results and relevant insights.
  • Assists e-commerce executive in planning and executing displays around seasonal exhibition opportunities and new range launches.
  • Minimizes potential stock loss by maintaining a high level of awareness and alertness, reporting all safety hazards and risk factors to the e-commerce executive.
  • Ensure and accurate and through approach to all the payment processing and refunds.
  • Prepares reports to the e-commerce executive for further support and guidance
  • Performs other assignments as required from time to time by the management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Meeting Sales Targets
  • % Sales of e-commerce

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

Experience:

  • (0-2) years previous experience in digital marketing.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficient IT, e-commerce, and software skills.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Digital Marketing and sales.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Good communication skills
  • Analytic, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
