OVERVIEW

The E-Commerce Assistant Manager is responsible for owning and optimizing the digital customer journey, driving sales growth, and elevating the online shopping experience. This role bridges strategy and execution across apps, site experience, data analysis, and development, ensuring our e-commerce platform is innovative, high-performing, and aligned with brand goals. The E-Commerce Assistant Manager partners cross-functionally with marketing, creative, paid media, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.

SITE MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Own homepage updates, merchandising adjustments, and overall site presentation.
  • Track, document, and communicate all site changes with screenshots and data.
  • Optimize “Shop the Look” and “Complete the Look” features to enhance cross-sell opportunities and AOV.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or DTC fashion brand, with hands-on site management and growth execution.
  • Deep technical expertise in Shopify Plus (required), with proven experience managing third-party app integrations and optimizing mobile-first user experiences.
  • Experience working within a bi-weekly drop cadence, managing collections and timed product launches.
  • Ability to manage and execute a bi-weekly promotional sale schedule.
  • Direct experience managing and growing a brand mobile app (Tapcart or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven experience working with reporting and analyzing data to drive results.
  • Strong knowledge of the fashion industry.
  • Experience leading projects and working collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Experience in site merchandising.
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to organize data, build reports, and support day-to-day collaboration.
  • Proven experience driving change, testing new features, and innovating online.
