The Assistant Manager supervises the E-Collectibles staff to ensure that all production and sales goals are met. If you have the qualities and experience needed, this may be the job for you! Gives work direction to E-Commerce team members. * Communicates team and individual goals to meet or exceed daily production goals. Ensures team is aware of goals and accomplishments. * Assists E-Commerce Manager in answering customer inquiries and educates team members on areas to improve on. * Monitors supply orders to achieve E-commerce sales goals. * Authenticates items that require certificates and assists on training employees to operate programs. * Identifies above average collectibles to create listings designed to generate maximum revenue. * Opens and/or closes E-Commerce area. * Communicates with the stores to ensure product quality and quantity. * Maintains a clean and orderly work environment. * Troubleshoots problem orders and resolves customer complaints in a timely fashion for Shopgoodwill website. * Ensures inventory shelves are currently on website and purges “old” recycled items. * Pulls and prepares items for shipment. * Follows all agency policies and procedures. * Promotes and demonstrates cooperation and teamwork. Assists and shares knowledge and information with other employees as needed. * Performs other job-related duties as required. Position Requirements: * Highly knowledgeable about jewelry, gems, and precious metals. * Past experience in E-Commerce is strongly preferred. * High school diploma or GED. * Basic computer skills and knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent organizational, both verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. * Attention to detail. Working Conditions: * Works in warehouse area. * Considerable walking, standing, reaching, lifting, carrying, talking, hearing, seeing, bending, pushing and pulling. Physical Requirements: * Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend and reach. * Must be able to lift over 40 pounds.
