Description

We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to focus on marketing and sales at our electronics company. This position works towards achieve sales goals & maximize brand presence at e-markets.

Responsibilities (not limited):

  • Amazon platform operation related to sales & marketing: Create/review deals; Create posts; Sales events; Promote new products. Bundle sales; Marketplace monitoring; Competitor monitoring; Storefront optimization. A+ listing improving; Traffic improvement. Study customers behavior. Study products selling points and pain points
  • Find/work with Amazon influencers. External traffic direction.
  • Monitor & regular posting on social media accounts TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube. Find big players and monitor competitors‘ activities.
  • Manage & Improve potential online marketplaces eBay, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with business partners/contractors to optimize company website.
  • Create product write-up, photos, videos while needed.
  • Pay close attention on new features/platforms/policy for potential usage/integration/action.
  • Possess understanding of SEO and utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads effectively.
  • Develop global re-sellers.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to electronic inquiries. Provide customer support/service when required.
  • Other administrative clerical duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Self-initiative; Self-discipline; Fast learner; Team player
  • Efficient time management, communication skills
  • Market data analysis; Problem solving skills; Good marketing sense
  • Amazon system knowledge, Amazon marketing experience, Amazon tools, 3rd party software is a must.
  • Post-secondary education in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing preferred.
  • Excellent written skills in English, and fluent in Mandarin.
