Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an E-commerce Assistant to support the management and growth of our Amazon accounts. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Amazon Account Manager, taking on operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day performance and helping drive overall sales growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of Amazon.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including variations, attributes, and A+ Content.
  • Support order management, claims, returns, and case resolution with Amazon.
  • Maintain and update logistics information, templates, and reporting documents.
  • Collaborate on resolving issues and tracking open cases with Amazon support.
  • Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports.
  • Support promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives across marketplaces.
