OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to join our growing family e-commerce business. This role is pivotal in fulfilling orders during the busy festive period. The ideal candidate will have experience of sublimation printing and/or packaging and dispatching orders, ensuring that our products are produced to the highest standards and packaged and shipped accurately.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an e-commerce or printing/manufacturing role or similar position is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sublimation printing is advantageous, but training will be provided.
  • Experience of selling on e-commerce platforms such as Etsy or Not On The High Street would be an advantage.
  • We are a small team, so knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage, and allow for more flexibility in how work is managed.
    Typical suggested working hours would be 10:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday, although we can be flexible depending on what works best for you, as long as all customer orders are fulfilled on time.
    Job Type: Temporary
    Contract length: 12 weeks
    Pay: £12.50 per hour
    Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

Responsibilities
  • Primarily using the sublimation printer and heat press to make custom orders. As well as potentially assisting with the laser engraver, leather press, and any other equipment to produce and assemble products depending on demand.
  • Processing and packaging orders, and managing Royal Mail collections..
  • Carrying out quality control checks at each stage of the order process.
  • Reporting on stock levels and carrying out inventory checks.
  • Keeping the workshop and its equipment organised, tidy and well maintained.
