Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and increase conversion rates
- Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing
- Conduct product demos and provide detailed information to customers
- Utilize technology sales techniques to promote products effectively
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on phone etiquette
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotions and campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for replenishment
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the brand effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience in E-commerce or related field
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with wireless sales trends and technologies
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely
