JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you a versatile individual with a passion for e-commerce ?
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless order processing, and efficiently managing day-to-day activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Excel and e-commerce platforms, and social media to efficiently manage online listings and sales.
  • Proficiency in image editing, and content creation using Canva, Photoshop, etc. or similar programs
  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce operations and marketplaces, order processing, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to navigate changes in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce in Canada is highly desirable
Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations:
- Manage and maintain our various e-commerce platforms to drive online sales.
- Create, upload, update, and optimize product listings with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy on various marketplaces like Shopify, Walmart, BestBuy, Amazon, etc.
- Monitor customer inquiries and provide exceptional care and support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate with customers to ensure timely and hassle-free deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to streamline order handling and fulfillment processes.
- Manage social media platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns
- Provide customer service over the phone and emails.
