At Adfix, we build and scale direct-to-consumer brands with performance at the core. We're looking for a Brand Manager who thinks like a business owner — someone who takes full accountability for revenue, not just tasks. This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of paid media, ecommerce, creative, and commercial strategy. You will work alongside specialists — but the outcomes belong to you. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Revenue & growth Own full performance across all assigned brands Scale Meta and Google campaigns profitably Monitor and act daily on ROAS, CPA, AOV, and CVR Identify growth opportunities and push execution fast Shopify & conversion optimisation Own the end-to-end ecommerce experience Improve product pages, collections, and landing pages Drive conversion through structure, UX, and messaging Work with designers and developers to ship changes Merchandising & commercial strategy Decide what to push, bundle, and discount Build pricing strategies and promotional mechanics Create and execute commercial calendars — sales, drops, seasonal campaigns Align all offers with stock levels and demand cycles Creative direction Guide concepts, messaging angles, and brand positioning Work with creative strategists and designers on converting ideas Ensure consistency across ads, website, and social from brief to live Channel alignment Unify paid ads, email, website, and organic into one system Sync creatives, offers, and landing pages across every touchpoint Remove friction at every stage of the customer journey Inventory & stock awareness Understand stock levels and product priorities at all times Support smart stock rotation through targeted campaigns Never scale products that cannot sustain demand Social & content direction Oversee the strategic direction of Instagram and TikTok Align organic content with paid strategy Ensure consistent, on-brand execution across platforms WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong understanding of DTC ecommerce Experience working with Meta Ads and Google Ads at a strategic level Solid Shopify and CRO knowledge Commercial thinking — focused on revenue, not just activity Ability to manage multiple brands and competing priorities High-ownership mindset with fast, confident decision-making HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED Growth in revenue and profitability across assigned brands Measurable improvement in conversion rate and AOV Stronger, scalable creative assets Better structured offers and merchandising Clear, well-executed commercial calendars THIS ROLE IS NOT A project manager — you drive outcomes, not timelines A social media manager — content is a lever, not the job A branding-only role — everything must move the business forward A high-autonomy environment where your leadership genuinely shapes client success. Responsibilities
