Responsibilities cover, analyze user requirements and create documents to communicate between business user and development team include monitoring and testing for new development. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor Degree in IT and/or MIS related discipline Bilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write and speak in both Required Skills: Must have system analysis ability and knowledge of system interface include XML Must have knowledge in generating system and business process documentation Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills required Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff Strong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise manner Preferred Skills: 1+ year of business process analysis experience preferred (Sales or logistics experience related e-Commerce System experience a plus) Strong business process related analysis and consultation skills; ability to lead and guide clients Knowledge of ERP Logistics and general logistics and supply chain-related processes Basic knowledge of SQL and web system management Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organized handling multiple clients Strong aptitude to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team Retail or Ecommerce experience or an internship within e-commerce a plus Salary: 68,000 - 73,000/ yr.
