Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and scaling online-exclusive business, driving new growth opportunities through innovative business models, strong partner management, and end-to-end ownership of initiatives while also leading project management to ensure timely and effective execution. The role requires strong ownership of business initiatives from strategy to delivery, cross-functional coordination, and people leadership. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Growth Develop and grow online exclusive (1PX) business by driving commercial planning, negotiations, execution, and identifying new business opportunities and growth areas. Design, launch, and scale online-exclusive models to drive revenue and profitability. Own end-to-end (E2E) management of business initiatives from ideation to execution. Project Management Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business objectives are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, marketing, finance, tech) to ensure smooth execution. Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in business development, e-commerce, or online retail. Experience managing end-to-end business ownership. Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
