Position Overview:
You will own product merchandising and product releases. You will help create new designs, collections, name products, do our lives, and create high converting product pages. You will work with our Marketing, Customer Service, Quality Control, Fulfillment, Inventory Planning, and Manufacturing teams to ensure that we are ready for upcoming seasons, responding to customer feedback, and being at the forefront of nail trends. You will lead by example and set the standard for beautiful product quality, and train your team to meet this standard.

Responsibilities:

• Creative naming of new designs
• Email campaign copywriting to announce new designs
• PDP creation and enrichment
• Collection ideation and creation
• Going live on our social accounts to introduce new designs to our best customers
• Website content updates to optimize conversion rate and average order value
• Manage new design creation
• Analyze product and design performance
• Review product seasonality and work with Inventory Planning
• Source new products
• Manage our weekly new design drops
• Work with our QC team and suppliers to determine quantities for new products
• Work with our Inventory Planning and Customer Service team to ensure top products are in stock
• Develop relationships with key IP to create licensed designs

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to move over, under, and around shelves and other objects
• Full use of hands and fingers to perform tasks
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, and/or holidays

• Previous experience in Category Management for a retail or e-commerce company
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Excited to get things done, in a fast-paced environment
• Interested in learning new skills
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency
