With strong OEM/ODM capabilities and a U.S. base in Irvine, CA, we serve both wholesale buyers and direct-to-consumer customers. We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce & Content Lead to manage our online sales channels, optimize performance, and help drive our next phase of growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in fashion e-commerce operations (B2B and/or DTC).
  • Familiarity with at least 2 of the following platforms: FashionGo, Faire, Shopify, TikTok Shop.
  • Strong understanding of social media and content planning.
  • Proficient with digital tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, and Google Sheets.
  • Highly organized, analytical, proactive, and fluent in English.
  • Bonus: prior experience managing a small team or freelancers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations for FashionGo, Faire, and TikTok Shop (B2B & B2C platforms).
  • Oversee our Shopify website (including product uploads, pricing, merchandising, and promotions)
  • Develop and manage a content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Coordinate with our in-house content creator to execute photo/video campaigns.
  • Lead monthly performance analysis (GMV, CTR, conversion rate, content reach) and provide insights.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support promotions, inquiries, and customer engagement.
