E-Commerce Channel Manager (On-site in Pelham, AL) Job Description Gabriella White is looking for a data-driven, brand-savvy E-Commerce Channel Manager to lead and scale our Pure Play and digital marketplace strategy for Summer Classics and Gabby. This isn’t a maintenance role, it’s a build, optimize, and elevate role. You’ll own growth strategy, inventory productivity, digital merchandising excellence, and marketplace relationships while driving measurable revenue and margin impact across our digital channels. What You Bring * 3–5 years of e-commerce or marketplace management experience. * Proven ability to drive revenue and margin growth in digital channels. * Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting sales and performance data. * Experience managing marketplace platforms and advertising programs. * Understanding of online merchandising standards and marketplace algorithms. * Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital optimization. * Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools. * Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills. * High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail. * Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
