JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Amazon Channel Marketing Specialist to lead marketing initiatives and build strong partnerships with Amazon to grow our brand presence and sales performance. This role is responsible for planning and executing Amazon-specific campaigns, coordinating co-marketing activities, enhancing our brand’s visibility across the platform and driving revenue growth through the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate is experienced in Channel Marketing, enjoys working cross-functionally, and can foster effective external partnerships with Amazon retail, marketing teams, and media agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or partner marketing—ideally with a focus on Amazon or a major e-commerce or retail account.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Email marketing, social media marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Amazon’s marketing ecosystem (Vendor Central) is a strong asset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies in collaboration with Amazon to support sales goals and brand growth, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Support product launch planning and visibility strategy (Go-To-Market) on Amazon, including new ASIN introductions and branding opportunities.
  • Coordinate with supply chain & operations teams to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison with Amazon account teams (retail, media, marketing), building strong and collaborative relationships.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute joint marketing campaigns with Amazon for event participation (e.g., Spring Sales, Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, category spotlights).
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, backend keywords) to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the Ecom team on media planning, including Amazon in-platform display placements, and sponsored campaigns (execution is handled by Ecom team).
  • Monitor key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales, rankings, ACOS, TACOS), identify trends and insights, and create performance reports with actionable recommendations.
