OVERVIEW:

Are you our next E-commerce Content Executive - 12 month FTC? We’re looking for someone to join our Digital Product team, to help deliver the content that powers our digital product experiences in line with business priorities to engage and inspire the Gymshark community and help them on their conditioning journey.
The E-commerce Content Executive is responsible for executing product related content and optimisation plans across our e-commerce propositions in line with the commercial calendar to drive Gymshark’s success.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Your main area of focus will be to manage the day-to-day operational running of our e-commerce stores (website & app) across our global markets.
  • Execute all new product launches aligned to the commercial calendar, working closely with the wider teams, including supporting of the current retail stores product launches.
  • Support delivery of our optimisation plans including implementation of testing roadmaps to maximise product-related content performance e.g. Navigation, Search, Product Recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy of online content including product name/descriptions, localised translations, delivery & returns etc, working closely with relevant teams for resolving any onsite issues.
  • Work in conjunction with the wider Digital Product team to understand new tech features and how these can be utilised to enhance the customer experience & increase conversion.
  • Liaise with the Insight team to create regular reports on performance, working together to transform this data into content action plans.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to deliver an integrated on-site user journey from discovery through to conversion & support in campaign activations (e.g. discount code creation).
  • Support the eCommerce team in attending marketing campaign planning meetings to ensure alignment & support business goals.
  • Have an understanding of the commercial performance across all sites you are responsible for maintaining, working closely with our Commercial & Merchandising teams to understand how your actions affect the daily numbers.
  • Research our competitors and the overall online market to discover new trends, products and technologies that will improve our overall performance.

ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Execution all new product launches.
  • Executing the digital product content plans including Navigation, Product Category & Description pages across website & app aligned to business objectives.
  • Supporting delivery of content optimisation plans to drive improved performance.
  • Providing regular reporting on performance aligned to our core KPIs.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders across Digital Product, Tech, Merchandising, Marketing & Brand Marketing to support delivery of content plans.
