REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Shopify Plus, familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify reports)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience in consumer goods, fashion, beauty, or retail is a bonus

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our growing team and help elevate our online experience. This is a great opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of DTC retail and make a real impact on how we show up online.
You’ll be at the heart of our digital storefront—supporting product launches, maintaining high-performing site content, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and customer experience to bring campaigns to life, optimize merchandising, and support data-driven decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update product listings including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory
  • Ensure site content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns across eCommerce platforms
  • Monitor site functionality and coordinate with developers or support teams to resolve issues
  • Assist in managing online merchandising, cross-selling, and product categorization
  • Support reporting on site performance metrics, customer behaviour, and sales trends
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support digital marketing campaigns
  • Conduct competitive research and help identify eCommerce growth opportunities
  • Coordinate promotional calendars, and product updates across channels
