Naked Wardrobe is seeking a motivated E-Commerce Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. The E-Commerce Coordinator supports the end-to-end management of product uploads, digital asset coordination, and website maintenance on Shopify. Key Responsibilities 1. Shopify & Website Management Upload new products to Shopify, ensuring accurate categorization within collections (including Sale, when applicable). Upload and enable all associated imagery for product listings. Conduct ongoing site audits for merchandising accuracy, pricing, inventory, and product status (enable/disable as needed). Resolve product-related discrepancies by coordinating with Customer Service, Marketing, and Inventory teams. Collaborate with Marketing and Inventory teams to plan content updates around sales and restocks. Assist the E-Commerce Manager with new web module designs, mockups, and additional site-related tasks. 2. Digital Asset Coordination Coordinate asset flow with E-Commerce and Retouching teams. Provide actionable feedback to streamline the retouching process. Follow up with team members to ensure timely receipt of digital assets. Organize and archive content within designated Dropbox folders. Assist and occasionally lead in the selection process for e-commerce imagery. Perform light retouching when required. 3. Content Calendar & Launch Readiness Reference the content calendar including product launch dates, deadlines, and project milestones. Ensure product descriptions and edited assets are prepared in time for scheduled launches. Perform daily operational checks related to product merchandising, pricing, sales promotions (e.g., $25 Tuesday, $40 Friday), and out-of-stock items. 4. Cross-Functional Support Support the Graphic Designer with content organization and asset preparation for collection overviews in Figma. Assist in prepping and assembling visual reference boards for upcoming campaigns and web updates. Participate in cross-functional meetings and assist with project-based tasks across the Web and Graphics teams as needed. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Shida, Jin, Jake, James, Sapir, Raymond, Yasmin) for information and task completion related to product details, inventory, pricing, and visual assets. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience with the Shopify platform. Familiarity with digital asset management and retouching processes. Strong attention to detail for merchandising, pricing, and inventory accuracy. Excellent organizational skills, particularly with content calendars and file organization (e.g., Dropbox). Ability to conduct full website audits, including checking the customer journey on mobile and desktop. Experience or familiarity with Figma is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multiple teams (Web, Graphics, Customer Service, Marketing, Inventory).
