Primary Purpose of Role The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for: The effective enrichment, display, ranking and prioritisation of products and information to drive the optimal customer purchase journey. The effective display, ranking and prioritisation of products and information to drive the optimal customer purchase journey. Build and maintain (low code) web landing pages. Managing the product lifecycle of digital products to go online Key Result Areas and Responsibility A. Online Merchandising Enrichment of digital products. Creation of new categories as required and based off requirements Working in partnership with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute on their season launches, product launches and promotional activity. Responsible for updating/ changing and monitoring the navigation for each brand website to ensure correct placement of products in categories and customer journeys. Supporting the eComm merchandising team in managing Merchandising Tool functions. Supporting the eComm merchandising team in managing landing pages through Page Builder to enable promotional and strategic activity for marketing & merch. Updating and changes banners, supported by the web development team. B. Reporting & Administration Accessing and retrieving relevant data to be used in reporting Key Skills Qualifications & Experience Prerequisite Skills: Outstanding Excel knowledge Highly organised Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Understanding and experience with web optimisation & product data Confident in using various tools and systems to analyse data & ability to understand what it means Aptitude for understanding technical systems and system integration. Ability to adopt a commercial mindset Education/Qualifications/Memberships: Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications or Marketing preferred Preferred Experience: 1+ years’ experience within digital & content. eCommerce experience, including familiarity with various eCommerce platforms
