• Amazon,Noon - New product listing & advertising.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings on eCommerce platforms.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, perform regular inventory audits, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Oversee and manage online orders from receipt to fulfillment.
• Oversee the receiving of goods and the shipping of orders, including the management of shipping documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints related to online orders.
• Plan and execute logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Track and manage inventory levels on eCommerce platforms to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Identify and implement improvements in both eCommerce and warehouse processes to enhance efficiency.
• Implement and track online marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies.
