Description JOB TITLE: E-commerce Customer & Operations Lead DEPARTMENT: Domestic Distribution - Tire Squire REPORTS TO: Director, Warehousing and E-Commerce EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time SUMMARY: We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Domestic Distribution team as E-commerce Customer & Operations Lead, a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our growing e-commerce business. This dynamic position requires a hands-on leader capable of managing and executing key functions, including customer service, platform listings, PPC campaigns, shipping, and inventory management. Over time, as the business scales, this role will evolve into a managerial position, overseeing these functions while providing coverage during staff absences or periods of growth and transition. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across all communication channels. 2. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction. 3. Implement and improve customer service policies and procedures. 4. Coordinate and maintain accurate and appealing product listings across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify website). 5. Monitor and update product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory to ensure consistency and compliance. 6. Manage and execute pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales. 7. Oversee daily order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate shipments. 8. Track inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. members for each operational area. 9. Continuously evaluate processes and workflows to support the company’s growth and efficiency goals. 10. As the business scales, transition into a managerial role, recruiting, training, and supervising team members for each operational area. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in e-commerce operations or related roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify) and digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Ads). Familiarity with shipping and inventory management systems. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving. Leadership potential with the ability to mentor and manage a team over time. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess performance metrics. Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings. Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
