E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL-ROUNDER

Kunda Park, Sunshine Coast — Part-Time (25 hrs/week)

We’re looking for a proactive E-Commerce Customer Service All-Rounder to be the welcoming face and voice of our business, while also supporting our online operations behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

This role is based in our retail showroom, where you’ll:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
  • Welcome customers visiting the store, help them with purchases, fittings, and Click & Collect orders
  • Offer friendly, knowledgeable product advice to ensure they find exactly what they need

You’ll also work back-of-house when needed, assisting with:

  • Picking and packing online orders for daily dispatch
  • Processing exchanges and returns
  • Keeping the retail and warehouse areas organised, tidy, and well-stocked

This is not a typical retail role — it’s a varied position where no two days are the same, combining customer interaction with hands-on operational tasks.
