Description Kelsan is currently searching for an E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join our Knoxville team. This position is on-site at 5109 N National Dr. Knoxville, TN 37914, with the ability to work remotely up to two days per week after training. CleanFreak.com, a division of Kelsan, is a trusted provider of cleaning equipment, supplies, and solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence. Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly support. Essential Responsibilities Include the following, other duties may be assigned: Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Providing product information and guidance to help customers find the right solutions. Collaborating with sales, logistics, and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems. Qualifications: Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Experience in customer service, preferably in retail, distribution, or B2B environments. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting. Comfort with technology (CRM systems, order entry, Microsoft Office). Team player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
