Our mission is to reshape the B2B buying experience, and as an E-commerce customer support specialist, you’ll play a key role in making sure our customers get the best possible experience. You’ll be joining a supportive, friendly team in a startup where every role helps shape our customer’s journey.

As part of our Customer Support team, you’ll be:

  • the frontline hero, helping customers with orders, platform usage and gathering feedback to optimize our product to fit our users’ needs! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
  • Answering customer inquiries via email (ticket system) and phone to provide quick, accurate, and friendly support.
  • Resolving product and service issues, offering practical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educating users on Orderchamp’s platform functionality, including order management, invoicing, and platform updates.
  • Escalating complex issues to other teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Tech Support) when necessary, ensuring collaboration to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Staying up-to-date on marketplace changes, including new updates, technical issues, and policy changes, to provide customers with the most relevant information.
  • Navigating a fast-paced environment, handling diverse customer queries with independence and confidence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s/Academic student, preferably in business, marketing, sales, hospitality, or similar fields.
  • Available Full-time/40 hours a week.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Interest in eCommerce, retail, or wholesale is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information as the marketplace evolves daily.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Empathy and communication skills to handle customer inquiries with patience, warmth, and professionalism.
