We are seeking a results-driven, digitally savvy ECommerce Digital Manager to join their team remotely. Your main mission: make our website a high-converting machine that delights customers and drives revenue. Key Responsibilities Own the performance of the WOXER website: UX, conversion, and visual polish. Use data-driven insights to diagnose bottlenecks and optimize the sales funnel. Provide actionable feedback on design, content, and functionality to improve conversion. Collaborate with internal teams and Shopify developers to implement updates and enhancements. Monitor performance metrics and report on website traffic, conversions, and revenue impact. Explore opportunities outside the scope to maximize growth potential. Shift Schedule - Flexible schedule of up to 44 hours per week, with a mix of morning and afternoon/evening shifts as needed mirroring EST 5–7 years of proven experience managing digital strategy for an e-commerce brands Demonstrated success driving revenue and optimizing conversion rates. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Comfortable with a flexible scope of work and adapting to new challenges. Experience working with retail companies is a plus Hands-on experience with a growth-focused e-commerce brand. Track record of using data to make informed decisions and optimize performance. Experience collaborating with design, development, and marketing teams. Comfortable stepping outside the job description to contribute to broader business goals. Skills Strong command of Shopify, including theme customization, app integrations, and checkout optimization. Proficient in interpreting website analytics and performance dashboards. Skilled in giving feedback on design, content, and functionality to improve conversion. Organized, detail-oriented, and a natural self-starter. Effective communicator in English (fluency not required).
