Overview This is a critical E-commerce and Digital Marketing role to ensure SodaStream Korea is set up right by developing E-commerce Strategy & Planning, be the center of E-commerce Operations, Excellent Execution of campaigns, promotions for demand creation and Customer/Consumer Relationship Management(CRM) activities to establish the Brand’s identity among Korean consumers and drive penetration and growth Responsibilities E-Commerce Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute a winning e-commerce strategy that drives online Brand awareness, revenue growth and customer engagement Marketplace & DTC Management – Build, manage, and optimize our presence on key online marketplaces (Coupang, Naver and etc.) as well as our direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform from an operation point of view Digital Sales Performance – Own and optimize reach, click through rates, conversion rates, basket size, and repeat purchases, using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance Traffic & Demand Generation – Effectively conduct digital advertising, SEO, paid media and other means to drive high-quality traffic Promotions & Campaigns – Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional offers, and sales activations on e-commerce platforms to maximize revenue Consumer Experience & Retention – Ensure a seamless online shopping experience, from product listings and UX optimization to post-purchase engagement and loyalty programs Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work – Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure alignment to achieve business and brand objectives Qualifications Experience level: at least 10 years or relevant experience Bachelors or above Positive “can do” attitude, a highly motivated self-starter Able to exercise Strategic thinking Good communication skills Able to navigate complex situations and define priority and focus
