The Role: eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist We are looking for professional eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist. He/She will plan and deploy multiple promotional marketing activities to increase awareness and contribute to revenue. Deploy lead generation activities such as direct marketing, nurturing, social/paid/earned media, events, and to measure the contribution to revenue through these activities with corporate marketing team. Implement and lead eCommerce activities to enhance online selling capability. Lead a EC site platform implementation project with global team. Leverage Schneider Electric’s global digital transformation, and increase the number of customers connected digitally, through online activities including the web, direct marketing, and social media. Maximize exposure of the Schneider Electric brand, Industry business products and IoT Solutions. The task includes: (1) planning, executing and tracking the lead generation activities, social media, based on the business strategic priorities as well as; (2) working across team to further enhance digital marketing capability to the next level by collaborating with both global, regional and local team, and create commercial impact by effectively generating quality leads; and (3) managing third party vendors and internal resources, and measurement and review on these activities. Who would be successful? 3+ year experience on either of/both digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience and knowledge B-to-B commercial experience (e.g. marketing, sales, business development) is plus, preferred High Digital/IT literacy Business-level English and Japanese language skills are a must-have. Preferred Knowledge on marketing principles (4P, SWOT, Web marketing, etc.) Experience in SEO / Direct Marketing / Social Media is a plus. Knowledge of industrial solution market What’s in it for me?
