Anypear is a headhunting and recruitment agency connecting New Zealand and Australian businesses with top overseas talent. We’re seeking a driven Digital Marketing Technical Coordinator to support the technical marketing aspects our client’s E-Commerce business. You’ll work closely with Growth Marketing, ensuring marketing programs run smoothly, website and content updates are accurate, and support operations as needed. This role requires both attention to detail and technical know-how. A good match will bring experience with Excel and large data sets, website content management systems (Magento preferred), HTML, fundamentals of email automation, and project/communication tools. Responsibilities Maintain and update website content, offers, and promotions (Magento preferred). Conduct regular site checks and act as first contact for website issues. Compile marketing and customer data for reports and performance tracking. Maintain documentation for marketing processes and operations. Provide backup support for operational functions and special projects. Prepare and update data and spreadsheets for cross-functional teams. Manage email and SMS campaigns, contact lists, and data integrity (Dotdigital or similar). Audit and improve campaigns, schedule automations, and support new deployments. Create and QA email templates aligned with brand standards. Proven experience working with Excel and large data sets. Familiarity with website CMS platforms (Magento preferred). Basic understanding of HTML and email automation fundamentals. Comfortable using Monday.com and Slack for communication and project management. Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset. Clear communication skills and ability to work across marketing and sales teams. Availability to work online NZ time zone. Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Fully remote role.
