Summary: Under the general supervision of the Digital Marketing Mgr-Emerging Brands, the E-commerce Senior Coordinator is responsible for managing the accuracy, appearance and performance of Emerging Brands’ products in its product information management systems and on its brand websites and retail partners’ websites to grow online retail sales. Essential Functions: Responsible for the organization and maintenance of product data and product photography within Product Information Management (PIM) or otherwise appropriate system(s). Assists with the consolidation and automation of data sharing with online retail partners. Develops and maintains relationships with retail and 3rd party counterparts in order to facilitate data sharing. Responsible for accurate and engaging product presentation within online retail websites in order to drive discovery and sales conversion. In so doing, supports the launch of new products and product updates within online retail websites. Coordinates with Digital Marketing, Creative, Brand Management, Communications and Sales Teams in order to ensure alignment of online retail account needs with Applegate product category, campaign and general marketing goals. Responsible for managing, monitoring and optimizing online merchandizing and on-site advertising for online retailers (for example; Shoprite and Albertsons) in order to drive customer acquisition and increased sales. Responsible for analyzing and updating product content for Search Engine Optimization within online retail websites in order to drive product discovery. Responsible for the optimization of product categorization and ranking within online retail websites in order to drive product discovery. Troubleshoots data and product presentation issues by coordinating with appropriate internal partners, online retailer contacts and help desks. Responsible for data gathering and reporting of key performance indicators for online retail partnership and digital marketing efforts. Responsible for regular updates of internal online retail reporting and dashboards. Updates projects in the project management system in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains product and marketing content on Emerging Brands’ websites and other digital properties. Assist with other digital marketing activities including but not limited to; email and SMS marketing, marketing personalization and loyalty programs. Additional Responsibilities: Assists with departmental projects, as needed Assists with departmental administrative tasks, as needed Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Experience with Content Management Systems 3 years of experience creating and managing content in a digital media role, or relatable work experience Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Skilled in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel Experience with Google Analytics, and or other analytic tools. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $25.25-$35.25 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
