Our close-knit team has been working together for the last 5 years, managing and dispatching goods for our two brands, Silverly and 81stgeneration, directly from our North Finchley office. We sell our silver and natural jewellery on platforms including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized E-commerce Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our ecommerce activities. The successful candidate will be trained on all tasks related to fulfilling customer orders and managing stock control.

FREQUENT TASKS:

• Picking and quality checking jewellery items.
• Carefully packing items using provided packing materials.
• Creating and printing shipping labels.
• Using courier software to book collections.
• Managing stock control.
• Assisting with various other projects as needed.

LESS FREQUENT TASKS:

• Handling domestic and international customer returns, both physical and online, using dedicated software.
