OVERVIEW

As an E-Commerce Dispatch Co-ordinator you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately packed and shipped on time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in packing, warehouse or e-commerce dispatch preferred
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the Motorcycle industry or a keen interest in motorcycles highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to lift and move parcels safely

• Pack parts according to daily orders
• Accurately book and print shipping labels using online platforms
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Assist with incoming deliveries and stock replenishment
• Occasional involvement in promotional activities
• Skin wrap packaging of products
