Job Description Process and track daily online orders Handle disputes, refunds, and claims Coordinate with warehouse, couriers, and internal teams Monitor inventory, costs, and fulfillment performance Qualifications Graduate of Business, Logistics, or related field 1–2 years experience in e-commerce operations or fulfillment Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and good communicator

The E-Commerce Dispute & Fulfillment Admin will process and track daily online orders while handling disputes, refunds, and claims. They will coordinate with the warehouse, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
